Your agent gives you Ezra's number: When your transaction starts, your agent or brokerage shares the number. Nothing is sent to you until you text it. No form, no box to check.
You text first: Ask anything about your transaction. That first text is the whole opt-in, and from then on Ezra can text you back about the deal.
STOP means stop: Reply STOP and the texts stop: one confirmation, then no more. Your portal, your documents, and your transaction carry on exactly as before.
