Ratifyly at a glance

Ratifyly is the AI-native back office for real estate transactions. Forward the paperwork by email and the AI reads every page, builds the deal, audits the contract, tracks every deadline, and keeps clients informed — with a human approving every call.

What Ratifyly is

Real estate has digitized its paperwork twice. Forms and e-signature organized how documents get signed. Compliance and workflow tools organized where the files get stored. Both eras left the hardest part to a person: someone still had to read every page. Ratifyly is the third era — software that reads the file.

An agent forwards a contract to a deal address. Ratifyly reads every page, extracts the parties, price, dates, and contingencies, opens the transaction, and files each document where it belongs. It audits the contract against the brokerage's rulebook, tracks every deadline across the contract, the loan, and the closing, requests the documents that are missing, and gives the buyer or seller a live portal to watch the whole thing move.

Nothing ships on the AI's word alone. Findings are surfaced by severity with the source page one click away, and a human on the team clears each one; the audit trail records who cleared what and when. Ratifyly does the reading. A person keeps the judgment.

Why now

Reading the file reliably was the missing capability.

Reading a real document dependably — a scanned addendum, a handwritten date, a contingency buried on page nine — was the piece the back office never had. It is why the reading stayed manual through two software eras, and why every earlier tool stopped at organizing documents a person still had to open.

Modern AI made that reading dependable enough to build a company around, on one condition: a human approves every call. That condition is not a disclaimer bolted on afterward — it is the shape of the product.

Built inside a brokerage

Ratifyly wasn't built by a software company on the outside looking in. It was built inside a working brokerage — a full book of business, all the compliance, all the deadlines, all the clients wondering where things stood — to solve those problems for the founders' own agents and clients first.

It ran the brokerage's real transactions and proved itself before a single outside customer saw it. Only after it worked did Ratifyly open, by invitation. That is the founder-market fit: it was built by the people on the other side of the closing table, not sold at them.

Founders

Austin Cummings, Co-founder & CEO of Ratifyly

Austin Cummings

Co-founder & CEO

A former top-producing agent who built his own brokerage from the ground up, Austin lived every problem the industry treats as already solved — compliance done by hand, deadlines chased across texts, splits wrangled in spreadsheets, clients left guessing where their deal stood. Ratifyly is the tool he wished he had at the closing table.

Zach Stotz, Co-founder & CTO of Ratifyly

Zach Stotz

Co-founder & CTO

A mechanical engineer who fell for the design process — turning a messy real-world problem into something that just works — Zach leads Ratifyly's technical development and owns the technology end to end: the AI that reads every contract, the engine that tracks every deadline, and the infrastructure that finally makes disconnected systems run as one.
