   Create your account at ratifyly.com, or accept your invite.

   Pair your phone. Tap “Text Ezra now” or scan the code. That first text is all it takes. From then on, Ezra is in your Messages.

   Find yourself on the MLS. Tap “That's me” on the card that matches your name and office, and your listings open their own deals.

   Name your deal address. Your own email address for Ezra, if you work on your own or lead a team; in a brokerage, your broker names it. Share it with your lender and closing office, and their updates land right on the deal.

   Bring your people. Import your contacts, or just text the cards to Ezra.

   Tell Ezra about you. Your hours, your areas, what you promise every client, what he should never do. Text it or type it in the app. He remembers, and you can see or delete it any time. If coaching is on for your account, you choose whether he coaches you.

   Send your first contract. Forward it from any device. About a minute later, your deal is ready.

   Invite your client. Check what Ezra read, then send their portal with one tap.

Connect Gmail, and Ezra reads your deal mail for you. He only looks at messages about your active deals, and, if you say yes, the mail you send, to learn how you write. Your mailbox stays yours.
