Handled like our license depends on it.
Ratifyly moves the most sensitive paperwork in a person's life. We built it the way a brokerage protects its own files: take in the least data that makes the product work, wall every account off from the next, and never let any AI model train on your files.
- Your files are yours alone
- Every brokerage's deals, documents, and clients are completely walled off from every other account. No other brokerage, agent, or client can ever see across that line.
- Never sold, never shared
- We never sell or rent your data, and we never hand it to advertisers. Your files exist to run your transactions and to help us read the next one right. They are never anyone's product.
- Never used to train AI models
- We pick the best AI model for each job; today that's Anthropic's Claude. Every provider we use is contractually barred from training on the data we send. When we misread a document, we use that file to find and fix the miss, and the fix protects every transaction after yours. No AI model ever trains on your paperwork. Not ours, not anyone's.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Everything moves over secure connections and is encrypted where it's stored: the client portal, the agent workspace, every link.
- Separate doors, scoped access
- Clients, agents, and brokers each get their own private surface. A client can only ever see their own transaction; sensitive actions are gated and logged.
- Built by a licensed brokerage
- Ratifyly was built in-house by a licensed real-estate brokerage, for its own agents first. It's held to the same fiduciary standard as the transactions it protects.
What we handle
- The contracts, amendments, and disclosures you send in
- Deal facts we extract from them: dates, parties, price, contingencies
- Milestone status from connected lenders and closing offices
- The email address and phone number a client gives us to reach them
- The routing and account numbers a brokerage and its agents put on file for commission payouts
What we never do
- Ask for Social Security numbers or credit reports
- Ask for a login to anyone's bank account
- Send wiring instructions by email (deposits move through a verified link)
- Sell, rent, or hand your data to advertisers, ever
Inside your closing paperwork
Closing paperwork often carries financial details: wire instructions, loan terms, or account numbers on a settlement statement or proof of funds. We never ask for those details; they arrive because the documents are the deal.
When a file contains them, the whole file is handled with the same care as everything else here: encrypted where it's stored, walled to your account, read by AI only under provider terms that bar training on your data, never sold, and never used by Ratifyly to move money.
Commission payout details
When a brokerage pays agent commissions through Ratifyly, the routing and account number for each agent's payout goes on file, and the brokerage can add its own settlement account. Those numbers exist to run payouts and for nothing else.
Account numbers are encrypted before they are stored and appear in the product as the last four digits only. These payout numbers are never sent to any AI model. Ratifyly prepares the payment file; the brokerage reviews it and uploads it at its own bank. Ratifyly never initiates or transmits funds.
