Ratifyly is an AI-native platform for real estate transactions: an agent forwards the paperwork by email and the AI reads every page, builds the deal, audits the contract for compliance, and tracks every deadline — with a human approving every call. Built inside a working brokerage in Richmond, Virginia. In beta; early access by invitation.
Ratifyly is an AI-native back office for real estate — a single platform that runs a transaction from accepted offer to closing. Instead of adopting new software, an agent forwards the paperwork by email; Ratifyly's AI reads every page, builds the deal, audits the contract against the brokerage's compliance rulebook, extracts and tracks every deadline across the contract, the loan, and the closing, requests missing documents, and keeps buyers and sellers informed through a live client portal. A human approves every call — nothing ships on the AI's word alone. Ratifyly was built in-house by a licensed brokerage, for its own agents and clients, and proven on real transactions before opening to others. It is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, and is currently in beta, with early access open by invitation.

Austin Cummings is Ratifyly's co-founder and CEO. A former top-producing agent who went on to build his own brokerage from the ground up, he lived every problem the industry treats as already solved — compliance that still meant reading every page by hand, agents chasing deadlines across email and text, clients with no idea where their deal actually stood. He set out to build the tool he always wished he'd had: software designed for brokers and agents, not sold at them.
“I set out to build the tool I always wished I'd had, one designed for brokers and agents, not sold at them.”— Austin Cummings, Co-founder & CEO

Zach Stotz is Ratifyly's co-founder and CTO. A mechanical engineer who fell in love with the design process — turning messy, real-world problems into things that just work — he leads the technical team and owns the technology end to end: the AI that reads every contract, the engine that tracks every deadline, and the infrastructure that finally makes these disconnected systems work as one.
“I bring an engineer's obsession with getting the details right to an industry that has tolerated “good enough” software for far too long.”— Zach Stotz, Co-founder & CTO

What to write about
A few things that are genuinely notable, if you're looking for the angle.
Built by a broker, inside a working brokerage
Not a software company on the outside looking in. Ratifyly was built in-house by a licensed brokerage for its own agents and clients, and proven on the founders' own transactions before it opened to anyone else.
AI that reads and audits the actual contract
The AI reads every page and audits the file against the brokerage's own compliance rulebook — signatures, dates, amounts, contingency deadlines — while a human clears each finding. Nothing ships on the AI's word alone.
The email-forward intake model
No new software to adopt and no logins to learn. An agent forwards the paperwork the same way they'd hand it to a coordinator, and gets back a built, tracked, audited deal.
