Program name and sender
This program is Ratifyly transaction texting, delivered by Theo and operated by Ratifyly. Theo is Ratifyly's AI coordinator, supervised by your brokerage. When something needs a licensed human, a licensed human steps in.
What you will receive
Transaction status updates, deadline reminders, scheduling confirmations, and answers to questions you text us about your transaction.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your transaction's activity. Busy weeks bring more texts, quiet weeks fewer, and reminders arrive only during daytime hours.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Ratifyly never charges for texting.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time and messages stop immediately; one final text confirms the opt-out. Reply START to resume. Opting out never affects your transaction, portal, or account access.
